  • Small parcels (coffee, ingredients): standard courier delivery
  • Equipment (machines, grinders): specialist courier or pallet delivery
  • Large or commercial equipment: may require scheduled delivery or installation

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days
  • Equipment Deliveries: 3-10 working days depending on product and setup
  • Custom or special order items: timescales will be confirmed at point of order

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout
  • Some products or promotions may include free delivery
  • Additional charges may apply for:

    Large equipment
    Remote locations
    Timed or specialist delivery services

5. Risk & Responsibility

  • For consumers, responsibility passes upon delivery
  • For business customers, responsibility passes upon delivery or collection

Customers must ensure that:

  • Someone is available to receive the goods where required

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery
  • Additional delivery charges may apply
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

  • Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos where possible

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

For commercial equipment, lease agreements, or managed service solutions:

  • Delivery and installation timelines will be agreed separately
  • Site readiness (power, water, space) is the customer’s responsibility
  • Failed installation visits due to site issues may incur additional charges
